Boobie Ike
An entrepreneur and influential figure on the Vice City scene.
Quality comes first.
The Jack of Hearts will warm your heart.
Boobie is a true Vice City legend, and he knows it. He's one of the few who have turned a criminal operation into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. Boobie is always smiling, except when he's talking business.
Quality comes first. Boobie might seem like a lone operator, but his partnership with aspiring young music mogul Dre'Quan and their label Only Raw Records takes up most of his attention. All they need is a hit.
« The club money goes into the studio, and the drug trade pays for the rest. »
